Terms: These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for ‘The WildWest Empower Fest’, hereafter referred to as “the Festival.” By purchasing tickets to the Festival, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Tickets for the Festival are available for purchase through our official website.

1.2 By purchasing tickets, you agree to pay the specified ticket price, including any applicable taxes and fees.

1.3 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but are exchangeable.

2. Festival Admission

2.1 Each ticket grants admission to one individual for the specified date of the Festival as indicated on the ticket.

2.2 Tickets must be presented upon entry to the Festival.

2.3 Entry to the Festival is subject to capacity limitations and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3. Festival Rules and Regulations

3.1 Attendees must comply with all Festival rules and regulations, including but not limited to rules regarding behavior, prohibited items, and health and safety protocols.

3.2 The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual who violates these rules, without refund or compensation.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

4.1 The Festival organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the Festival without prior notice.

4.2 In the event of a cancellation of the Festival due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or governmental regulations, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Festival organisers.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1 Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Festival, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or loss.

5.2 The Festival organisers shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses suffered by attendees, except to the extent caused by their own negligence or willful misconduct.
